Unfortunately due to the unreasonable increase in price. as of March 1, 2016; we are no longer able to carry AMC. The IFC channel is also included, as it is a part of the AMC network.
Basic Bulk rates will increase 5%. Rate increases are always difficult. Unfortunately, the cost to carry channels increases annually. The last rate increase for BULK accounts was April 2014. We appreciate your business.
Fresh on the heels of certifying the first gigabit-capable, DOCSIS 3.1 modems, CableLabs says it’s exploring dramatically boosting cable broadband’s upstream speeds and providing symmetrical connections up to 10 Gbps. While eventually DOCSIS 3.1 devices are expected to support speeds of 10 Gbps downstream and 1 Gbps upstream, the first wave of devices just hitting the market will “only” support 5 Gbps downstream and 1 Gbps upstream.
Due to the rising costs to carry channels; there will be a video rate increase effective February 26, 2016. March’s bills will reflect the new rates. Please note that you may cancel your service at any time, but you must give 30 days notice to be entitled to a refund. Refunds must be requested during business hours to a customer service representative. There is a $10.00 refund processing fee. Refunds must be at least $20.00 after the RPF.
CalNeva Broadband has updated their billing system. New bills were mailed on 12/24/2015. Your account number has changed. Please update your payment accounts. Bills are still due are the 10th of each month.
