GUALALA & THE SEA RANCH EMAIL ONLY SUBSCRIBERS

As of this morning, we were given updated information regarding the annual cost and billing of email only customers. Previously, you were told it was $3.00 per year to keep your email active (without having an active internet account). IT IS IN FACT, $3.00 PER MONTH; a $36.00 ANNUAL COST.

Viacom going dark on 3/14 for National School Walkout

IMPORTANT ALERT

VIACOM NETWORKS WILL GO DARK FOR 17 MINUTES
THIS WEDNESDAY, MARCH 14TH IN SUPPORT
OF THE NATIONAL SCHOOL WALKOUT AGAINST
GUN VIOLENCE.

Please be advised that this Wednesday from 10:00a.m.-10:17a.m. all Viacom linear networks, digital and social platforms will go dark in solidarity with the National School Walkout against gun violence.

Viacom and its brands have a long history of supporting young people’s movements around the world, and the company is extending that tradition by using its platform to drive awareness and show support to all students and their allies as they participate in this national movement.

In lieu of programming during the black-out, a message will appear on screen to alert viewers of this change.

NOTE: No avails will be missed, however, they may fall outside their normal window and will run within the hour.

It’s that time of year…

We regret that any of our subscribers are receiving significant TV rate increases, but those increases are necessary to cover the rising fees to carry TV networks.

All packages and promotions that include these services WILL receive the rate increases.

Effective March 1, 2018: (The rates below do not include tax & FCC fees).

Basic TV service $75.00 per month

Broadcast Basic/Lifeline Analog $35.00 per moonth

Digital Basic/ Digital Preferred $10.99 per month

Gualala/Sea Ranch subs ONLY:

Senior/Veteran Basic $73.00 per month

RETRANSMISSION AGREEMENTS

During retransmission agreement times, we receive rate increases to carry channels and although TV subscribers normally get an annual rate increase, the increase has never been enough to cover the actual cost to carry those channels. There is a potential that we will cease to carry KTLA (chnl 5) in Frazier/PMC and KRON (chnl 6) in Gualala/Sea Ranch.
